Franchise Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the franchise program ("Franchise Program") offered by Rajwadi Restaurant. By accessing or using the franchise-related content on the Company's website ("Website") and/or participating in the Franchise Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not participate in the Franchise Program

Franchise Program Participation: Participation in the Franchise Program is subject to approval by the Company. The Company reserves the right to reject any application for participation in the Franchise Program at its sole discretion.

Franchise Agreement: If your application for participation in the Franchise Program is approved, you will be required to enter into a separate franchise agreement ("Franchise Agreement") with the Company. The terms and conditions of the Franchise Agreement will govern the rights and obligations of both parties with respect to the operation of a Rajwadi Restaurant franchise.

Intellectual Property Rights: The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property associated with the brand Rajwadi Restaurant. Franchisees are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Company’s intellectual property solely in connection with the operation of their Rajwadi Restaurant franchise.

Franchise Fees and Payments: Franchisees are responsible for paying all initial franchise fees, ongoing royalties, advertising fees, and other payments required under the Franchise Agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement and the forfeiture of the franchise rights.

Franchise Training and Support: The Company will provide initial training and ongoing support to franchisees as outlined in the Franchise Agreement. Franchisees are responsible for ensuring that their employees receive proper training and adhere to the Company's standards and procedures.

Quality and Brand Standards: Franchisees must maintain the quality and consistency of the products and services offered under the Rajwadi Restaurant brand. Franchisees are also required to adhere to the Company's brand standards, including but not limited to, the use of approved ingredients, recipes, and equipment.

Termination and Renewal: The Franchise Agreement may be terminated by either party in accordance with its terms. Franchisees may have the option to renew their Franchise Agreement upon expiration, subject to the Company’s approval and any renewal conditions specified in the Franchise Agreement.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Franchise Program.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
